Let's start with Anamika. It's about a dead woman haunting her (ex)husband and his new wife. The new wife is an escort, and they got married after knowing each other for 2 day. And with that being said, you know this marriage will not last longer than Britneys first marriage (55 hours). Anyway, IndiaFM and Apun Ka Choice did not like this movie.
India FM: "On the whole, ANAMIKA is letdown by its writing in the second hour. At the box-office, the not-too-interesting face-value coupled with the ongoing cricket mania will only go against it. " Rated: 1 ½
Apun Ka Choice: "‘Anamika’ works only in patches. The film begins well but loses its steam mid-way. And the climax is a let down." Rated: 1 ½
Next movie, Mr White Mr Black, wasn't that good either. It's a comedy, and I read the plot but I didn't get it. The movie starts with three girls stealing a diamond. And then something about a guy named Gopi coming to Goa to find his brother Kishen, who is a crook. Along with his sidekick, he pulls off petty bluffs. And then it's about everyone trying to get the diamond. Bla bla bla...
India FM: "In short, MR. WHITE MR. BLACK is a half-baked fare that tries too hard to entertain, but fails. " Rated: 1½
Apun Ka Choice: "To conclude this review, I have a serious word of caution for those planning to see this film. And heartfelt condolences for those who have already watched it." Rated: 1
