Preity Zinta, her bloated face and Deepa Mehta attended the 5th Dubai festival to promote their new flick 'Heaven On Earth'. Deepa looks like a witch. I'm really looking forward to that movie although it does resemble the Aishwarya starrer 'Provoked'.
