Review Roundup

So three movies have been released this week and here are the reviews from Bollywoodhungama.com:

The crapfest known as 'All the best' gets 3,5/5 stars.

The into the blue rip off 'Blue' gets 4/5 stars

Last and maybe least is the Kareena-Salman-starrer 'Main Aur Mrs Khanna' which only got 1,5/5...ouch!

Btw can any1 explain why all the boys in Blue are wearing wet-suits and Lara is wearing a bikini?

First Look at a flop fest

Akshay Kumar's latest films have been nothing but garbage. The film makers seem to put all the money on the star's looks and the promos and they completely forget about the storlylines. Now this new piece of shit called De Dana Dan doesnt look very promising. Looks like yet another so called 'comedy' with jokes that even a child would find lame.

There might be some kind of hope for this film though since Priyadarshan is behind this mess. Although I cant remember one good film he made after Hungama...

The day has come. Katrina is moving on..

It's true. Katrina's moving on, unfortunately not from Salman, but from Akshay in terms of being a hit onscreen couple for some time. She's mostly made movies opposite Salman and Akshay and one with the squeeky-vocied Saif, but now it's someone elses turn.

Katrina is working with Neil Nitin Mukesh and John Abraham and she likes it. She said, “I’ve too much energy and I don’t know what to do with it.” Wow, she's working with people her age. Wonder how that'll look like... on screen I mean, cause she looks young standing next to the old farts that are Akki and Salman.

Action Replay

Here's the irst still form new film Action Replay. As you can see it stars two of the biggest egos in B-town. Akki and Aish. Judging from the outfits...the movie looks like a crapfest!

Akshay arrested for unbuttoning his pants

Remeber that fashion show where Akshay Kumar walked the ramped and out of nowhere his wife, sitting in front row, started unbuttoning his jeans? What a lame publicity stunt that was. Anywhore, a man was appearantly offended and filed a police complaint against the lame stunt and Akki was arrested as soon as he arrived in India. He was later released on bail though. The man was probably offended that he didn't get to unbutton Akki. Suck it up dude and move on with your lame offended life!

Now here's a good-looking couple. Why did Abhishek and Twinkle have to ruin it?

Kylie in a B-movie

I know we're kinda late on this but whatever. Kylie Minouge arrived in Mumbai last week to record a song with AR Rahman and tv-star Ronit Roy was there to escort her, becasue he owns a security business. Yeah right, I think we all know why he came.

The designer responsible for her outfits is none other than Manish Malhotra. Miss Minouge is said to have requested alterations for some extra "umph", which is clearly different form "shazzam". Kylie is also set to film the music video along side of " old man" Akshay Kumar.

The movie in question is directed by Anthony D'Souza, newbie, and is called "Blue". Oh my, I just had a horrible flashback. I saw a movie entirely in blue. Nooooo!

Here is what Kylie had to say about working in Bollywood with actors.
"I think the experience has been intense, fundamentally many things I have done before particularly making music videos but in Bollywood with that many people in a studio and the pace with which they work, it makes something that might in many respects its things I have done before but it was a totally new experience," she said.

Deepika is confusing me...some days she looks out-of-this-world-hot and some days she just looks like a pile of kind-of-cute-shit. Here she is with Akki at the Saregama show and she's stunning! Enjoy!

CC2C: post premier

CC2C has gotten into some trouble in Nepal. The movie contains a historical/geographical inaccuracy about the birthplace of Gautham Buddha. He was born in Lumbini, south of Nepal, in 623 BC. This has led to protests and people demanding to stop screening the film.

What the hell, take it easy. It's just a movie, everything is fictional. It's a movie about a person, who doesn't exist, and he can do things that are impossible in reality.

Hollywood makes tons of mistakes and nobody bothers to make a huge fuss out of it. Example 300, Gladiator, U-571, Braveheart and so on. Come to think of it, it's hard to name a Hollywood movie where everything is accurate.

Hotness at Star Screen

Kangana Ranaut totally stole the show in her white saree and Twinkle was a big surprise actually looking hot! Akki went with a tacky outfit looking like a mafia-man. I guess that's what happens after your hyped film flops.

i Knew it!

The first reviews are in for Chandni Chowk To China, and guess what?! IT SUCKS! This was just so predicted that I'm not a tiny bit surprised. Akki sure has a talent for choosing films with all style and no substance. When was the last time we saw him in a good movie? He can kiss his never-existing-king-of-bollywood-crown good-bye.

Stepped it up

Deepika is finally looking hot again at some CC2C promo event. We love the dress and everything about Deeps this day! Notice how Akkis chest hair is growing back....His inner man is once again awakening.

Premiere time!

So CC2C finally premiered and all the stars were there to watch it. The premiere was held in Los Angeles. What the fartbutt is up with Deeps outfit? Can you say F-U-G?

We don't spot any Twinkle

Akshay Kumar is here seen kissing Denise Richards on the set of his new flick Kmabakht Ishq. Noq before you jump to any conclusions, it's all part of the movie...or so they claim. Were was Twinkle Khanna when all this was going down? She's probably at home preparing a beat-down.

He ain't playin!

Looks like CCTC won't be all comedy. In this promo Akki is seen using his fighting skills with perfection! Reminds me of Tekken or some other fighting game. We love it!

Long dresses is not chinese

Here are Deepika and Akshay at the music release for 'Chandni Chowk To China'. What made Deeps chose this horrendeous outfits? That's a question we probably won't find the answer to so lets just enjoy the fugness while it lasts. Akshay Kumar sure knows his style compared to Deeps although the boots are questionable.

Tacky Outfits

A concert named 'From Chandni Chowk to Hong Kong' was held this week to promote Akki's new movie. Don't ask me why but Priyanka Chopra and Amisha Patel performed on the event. Deepika was probably busy so the organizers had to call in two bootleg Deepikas. I really hope this movie is as good as it is being hyped.

Akshay Kumar has been named the sexiest man of 2008 by People Magazine India. What will SRK have to say about this? You better do something SRK, or Akki will soon be stealing your crown! BTw...SRK shouldn't be too sad since he can always comfort himself by the fact that he has been listed among the 50 Most Powerful People in the world by Newsweek.
